As a co-founder I find it hard to find talent that matches my level of commitment. So often I find myself having to step in and do everything. [SOUND ON]

1. Lead by Example: Your dedication and commitment are the best motivators. Be the embodiment of your company's values, and your team will naturally follow suit.
2. Don't be afraid to step in. Sometimes your team just need a guiding hand.
3. Empower and Celebrate Wins: Micromanagement is the enemy of passion. Give your team ownership and celebrate their successes. Recognition goes a long way in fostering commitment and a "we're in this together" mentality.
