You invest in a new fit out. Someone tags it. You pay again for cleaners, repainting, or worse—replacement.
Every council, school, or brand with a physical site knows the pain.
That’s what we tested this week with Cleanstone.
Sorry... about this in advance. I wasn't a great kid at school 😅
We grabbed our full set of Critical. Cleanstone panels made from 100% recycled plastic waste and a set of spray cans.
We sprayed it. We let it dry.
Then wiped it off with off the shelf paint thinners from the hardware store.
Gone. No trace.
Apparently graffiti removal costs New Zealand councils millions every year with most surfaces end up repainted or replaced, adding more waste.
A 2024 NZTA report found graffiti contributes directly to public perceptions of safety and wellbeing...especially my ones.
If you’re a designer, architect, or brand owner—your material choices can shape how resilient your projects are.
Cleanstone is not only graffiti proof and durable.
It gives you less waste, lower carbon, and surfaces you don’t need to throw away when something goes wrong.
What materials have failed you in past fit outs?
We’re building Cleanstone to give you confidence that your projects will last—without locking in more waste.
