Here’s a sustainability hack not enough people are talking about:
Treat plastic like the wild animal it is. Take it off the road and bring it into the Critical. Zoo for some care.
That’s what went down in this week's episode of the Plastic Hunter.
Unfortunately this “wildlife” doesn’t belong on our streets or in our moana.
In Aotearoa we only recycle up to 70K tonnes out of the 400K tonnes that come into Aotearoa each year.
Also, the average interior fit out lasts just 5 to 7 years before it's ripped out and thrown away.
So what if we solved two problems at once?
We take plastic waste — the stuff you see in this video — and turn it into Critical. Cleanstone panels.
Solid, durable materials and beautiful materials that replace short-lived MDF in retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors.
