This is not AI. Most commercial kitchens are designed to fail in 5–7 years. This one isn’t.

I walked into APD's office and what looked like Italian marble… wasn’t marble. It’s plastic.
100% recycled plastic. Critical. Cleanstone ... bet you didn't see that coming 😅
Designed by Donna White, what I love about this project is that almost every vertical surface in this kitchen — the cabinetry, drawer fronts, cupboard doors, island cladding, all the table tops and even the reception pedestal — is made from milk bottles and construction waste.
Donna asked for a custom blend using milk bottles to create that marble-like black, grey and white base. Then she requested a 'seasoning' of recycled construction tubes for those subtle green colour flecks.
Come on, tell me that this doesn't read premium from afar.
And up close It tells a different story. One of their staff as I was taking photos asked "Bro, what's this made of?" ... and he was shocked that it wasn't a skinned MDF.
And without veneers. No MDF core and just solid all the way through means
it's fully Waterproof, Impact resistant and designed to outlast MDF.
Maybe the era of wood dust and chemicals in high-wear commercial spaces is coming to an end. Maybe the replacement is Cleanstone.
