Here how you can easily achieve a high quality architectural edge finish using recycled plastics, with less than 10mins labour per part.

1. Cnc cut the part with a 3 flute spiral cutter to save time. 10000RPM, 6mm step down.

2. Sand the edge with a 240grit sanding disc on a random orbital sander.

3. Repeat with 400 grit sanding disc.

4. To bring back the shine, gently kiss the edge of the Cleanstone part with the blue part of the butane torch. Pass quickly to keep temperature down.

5. Using a standard woodworking pencil router with a 2-4mm radius bit, gently pass the top and bottom edges with it to create the rounded edge.

6. And your done.
