We get asked a lot by the design community how they can form Critical. Cleanstone and bend it so here's Luka from Acryform giving you a quick insight on how it can be done using the Drape Forming method.
To summarise:
1. Cleanstone rests on a custom mould milled to the shape of the desired form. The mould can be made out of MDF/ cost effective materials.
2. The unit then slides into one of Acryform custom moulding ovens at set to temperature to warm and soften Cleanstone until it drapes over the mould
3. It is then taken out of the oven and held and clamped in place to cool.
