We've partnered with a Chef and Charity to bring you the kingi chopping board made from ocean plastics.
I am thrilled to announce the launch of the kingi chopping board – a special collaboration between sustainable seafood restaurant kingi (run by Thomas Hishon) in The Hotel BritomartCritical., and Legasea, a non profit dedicated to restoring the mauri of our moana (Benn Winlove).

Together we’re shining a light on the impact bottom trawling and commercial fishing has on our ocean’s ecosystem – one chopping board at a time.

Using Critical’s Cleanstone and proprietary technology, we take fishing nets and other plastic waste to create a chef grade chopping board for the kitchen, boat, or bach.

All boards are uniques due to the patterns created from the recycling process.
100% of the profit from the kingi board goes to LegaSea.
